Rinaldo Washington - Director of Program Services (202) 745-1200 – rwashington@emmausservices.org Rinaldo provides oversight to our Program Services Team and coordinates the services offered at our Senior Centers and Nutrition Sites. Rinaldo joined our staff in January 2006, bringing 12 years of experience in working with seniors in social services and human services organizations. Rinaldo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Divinity from Howard University. |

Angela M. Fields - Licensed Social Worker, Counseling & Advocacy Manager Angela joined our Programs Division in July 2007. She holds a Masters in Social Work from Howard University and brings over 30 years of social work experience in the field of Gerontology. Angela is responsible for evaluating and assessing the needs of seniors, providing an array of services for homebound seniors, and conducting community outreach to identify and connect homebound and isolated elderly residents to our programs and services. |

Meiling Assue - Licensed Dietician / Staff Nutritionist (202) 745-1200 – massue@emmausservices.org Meiling oversees all nutritional services at Emmaus. Her expertise extends from Howard University, where she currently lectures part time, to our Nutrition Sites all over Ward 2. Meiling assesses the nutritional needs of clients at Emmaus, providing education to all clients and counseling those who are identified as having a “high risk” of poor nutrition. |

Kenneth Long – Driver / Food Program Coordinator (202) 745-1200 - klong@emmausservices.org Kenny coordinates all transportation services at Emmaus, including our grocery & meal deliveries, as well as transportation for seniors to and from our senior centers, our field trips, and their appointments. |

Connie Samuels – Community Activities Coordinator, Emmaus Senior Center (202) 745-1200 – csamuels@emmausservices.org Connie coordinates and organizes activities, field trips, and other services for the seniors at our Emmaus Senior Center and other sites throughout Ward 2. |

Alyce Murrell – Program Manager, Oasis Senior Center for the Homeless Aged (202) 747-0656 – amurrell@emmausservices.org Alyce guides staff members at our Oasis Senior Center to extend our programs to the District’s homeless senior population. She coordinates services through volunteers and community partners to meet the needs of the District’s homeless senior population. |

Cecilia Ng– Program Manager, Asian & Pacific Islander Senior Center (202) 747-0658 – cng@emmausservices.org Cecilia directs staff members and coordinates with community partners at our API Senior Center. Her work ensures that our programs and services are extended to the seniors of the Chinatown community, despite the linguistic and cultural barriers that can otherwise isolate these individuals. |

Her experience coupled with her passion for meeting the needs of seniors drives her to ensure that Emmaus runs smoothly and efficiently as staff members strive to meet the vision and mission of the agency. |
